Culinaire : Tutut

Tutut is snail of farm,the people catch to make them a delicious dish. First step,tutut will be boiled in hot water to remove the mucus,they repeat twice to make them free of mucus.

After that,tutut will be washed and people prepare to make spice seasoning,they make complex seasoning into sauce gravy and the tutut will be cooked by soak in that spice gravy. The flesh of tutut will absorb the spice and when you bite them,you feel nice aroma and tender juicy flesh.

Tutut itself is health,they rich of protein,essential fat,folat,calcium,calium,magnesium,vitamin a,vitamin e and vitamin b3.

Tutut is famous food in west java. They have much selling point,that is cheap,good for daily menu,match for any spice seasoning,easy to found,easy to cook by fried,gravy boiled or grill,healthy and also delicious.
